- Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure may incur a 100% cancellation fee, depending on the tour.

- If a tour is canceled by Gray Line Miami due to weather conditions or Force Majeure, guests may choose a rescheduled flight, full refund, or credit toward an alternative tour. Upgrades for rescheduled tours may be considered.
- No shows are non-refundable, and reimbursement requests cannot be granted more than 30 days after tour completion.
