- Must provide a valid ID
- A waiver must be signed by all passengers
- No person in any type of influence allowed at or around the property; no smoking allowed
- For passengers with a disability, please contact the merchant prior to booking to arrange in advance
- No outside food and drink allowed
- Must wear comfortable shoes; no high heels or flip flops
- Please arrive 20 minutes before the flight
- Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
- Advance reservation required. Clients should indicate time preference at booking (subject to availability).
